The project solution consists of developing an analysis of the company and the processes themselves in pre-production and production in our company and developing a proposal for a solution and processes, with the aim of increasing the digitalization of the company and improving the use of the company's information system in individual processes.
The process of implementing the activity is carried out in several steps or phases, starting with an analysis of the company, then after its evaluation, the project researcher will prepare and develop a proposal for a solution and the processes themselves in the company's pre-production and production, and then this proposal for a solution will be presented to our company.
By analyzing the business and processes in our company and submitting a proposal for a solution and processes, we will determine whether the solution we require is feasible and whether this solution will improve the efficiency of using the CITO IS, namely by a specific proposal for a solution and processes, which will be the content of a feasibility study prepared by the project researcher, including the coordination of this project by the researcher.
